Updated on April 20, 2011

Here are some fun baby shower games for pregnant women including bottle bowling game, water balloon toss game, cotton ball game, pass the diaper game, pass the gift game and pin the pacifier on the baby.

1. Baby Shower cotton ball game:

Place a bunch of cotton balls in a large bowl. Set an empty bowl in front of it. The game is to transfer cotton balls from one to the other while blindfolded. Blindfold the guests, and hand them a large utensil or spoon from the kitchen. Give them 30 seconds to scoop up as many cotton balls as possible and place them in the second bowl. The balls are counted after each guest. The guest who transferred the most wins.

This game is a variation of the classic game pin the tail on the donkey with a baby shower theme. Each guest will take turns being blindfolded, then try to stick the pacifier on the baby at the right location. The pacifier that is closest to the baby's mouth wins and is also one of the traditional baby shower game for pregnant women.

3. Baby Shower bottle bowling game:

Set up 10 baby bottles in a triangle shape starting with 1 in the front. You can give guests a tennis ball or other small ball, and have them try to knock down all 10 baby bottles. Person with the best score wins.

4. Baby Shower water balloon toss game:

When the music starts, the guest passes the gift around the room. Every time the music stops, whoever has the gift removes a layer of wrapping paper. When the music restarts, the gift gets passed around again. This continues until the last layer is removed, and the person holding the gift gets to keep it.

6. Baby Shower pass the diaper game:

Number the diapers and then place 1 or more baby items in a diaper and close it tightly.Hand out pieces of paper and a pen so guests can write down what they think is in the diaper. Guest can only feel the outside of the diaper but can not look inside. You can score the results by opening up the diapers one by one to reveal what is inside.
