1. Missing of periods: The most common early pregnancy symptom and one that is easily recognizable, is missing a period. However, there can be other factors that lead to a missed period like stress, travel, etc. Besides, when you notice a missed or delay in periods, you are already one or few weeks pregnant, so look for other typical early pregnancy symptoms to confirm your pregnancy.
2. Tender breasts: Another early pregnancy symptom before pregnancy testis a change in the size and the feel of your breasts. You might find your breasts becoming tender and slightly swollen or enlarged, with a tingling sensation that also makes them very sensitive to touch. However, this condition lasts for just a few weeks in the beginning.
3. Morning sickness or nausea: The third most common early pregnancy symptom before pregnancy test is nausea and vomiting. Many pregnant women complain about feeling of vomitting and nausea in different time of the day. It can be in the morning, or in the afternoon, evening or at night, however, this early pregnancy symptoms are termed as morning sickness. Expecting mothers may reduce discomforts of morning sickness by reducing spicy dishes from their meals and cutting down big meals into small frequent meals that are easier to digest and call for less discomforts of nausea.

4. Vaginal spotting: Little bit of bleeding secreted through your vagina is quite normal during the early stage of pregnancy. This spotting is also know as ‘implantation bleeding' as the bleeding is caused by implantation of egg to the inner walls of uterus. This is one of those very common early pregnancy symptoms and occurs a few days after conceiving. After implantation, the fetus starts developing in the uterus. You may notice the color of spotting a bit pinkish unlike the color of your menstruation. Implantation bleeding may accompany slight cramping pain in abdomen that is quite normal and harmless. However, if the pain is severe, you may consult doctor immediately as it may signal some complications.
5. Another visible early pregnancy symptom before pregnancy test is the darkening of the areola, something that lasts throughout pregnancy.
6. You may notice that you sometimes have to get up at night to urinate, something you have never done before. Frequent urination is also one of the first early symptoms of pregnancy, and it may occur as early as two weeks after conception. This is because your bladder gets compressed due to the uterus rising into the abdomen. Hormonal changes, like the rising levels of progesterone can also stimulate the muscles of the bladder giving it a feeling of fullness even though it may not really be so.
7. Both an unusual craving for certain foods as well as queasiness at just the smell of others is a common symptom. You may also experience strange tastes in the mouth.

Early pregnancy symptoms are early signs of pregnancy that indicate towards your being pregnant. However, mere presence of symptoms of pregnancy does not necessarily confirm pregnancy. Always take a pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy when you witness these veryearly pregnancy signs and symptoms. After this confirmation, it is time to get a doctor's appointment to begin the follow-up. Doctor may take a urine test, blood test and pelvic exam.
If your pregnancy is confirmed, the doctor will generally wait for four to six weeks after conception before she conducts an internal examination which will further confirm the pregnancy. The doctor will be able to feel the thickening of the vaginal tissues or the softening of the uterus which will confirm that the pregnancy symptoms you have experienced are real after all.

Just found out I'm preg. My symptoms were: incredible thirst, followed by lots of toilet breaks; really constipated; impregnation bleeding; some dull achey pain on the side I ovulated on and a couple of times a very sharp pain on that side. The missed period was no surprise (and I'm as spot on as clockwork) but nurst still said to come back in another week before they'd test me. Says most pregnant women imagine these pains, but trust me these pains aren't imaginary.

I had iud removed and had one dose of depo then quit all methods. Its been 3 wks last week I thought I had the flu slept for almost 3 days straight and massive nausea throughout but only vomited twice and was still able to hold down foods. My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months now. All the other months my period has been late when normally I'm on time I'd test everytime neg. ok, me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex. He has told me plenty of times that he has cum in me bt its been at lest 1 or 2 months ago and i had just got off my period around december 26th to 31th and my periods are never this short.. and to top that off one time i would go pee my period would be normal and the next couple times it would be like very light. Ok, I have a question that I really hope someone can help me out with. I have always had irregular periods, where ive missed a period here and there. My last "normal" period was in october. I had a period in november that lasted three days, normal flow and all. I have not had a period since then and I am really freaking out about this. I had unprotected sex in the beginning of september prior to getting with my current boyfriend. The guy i had sex with back in september prior to getting with my current boyfriend used the pull out method. if i were to have gotten pregnant by him, shouldnt i have already had symptoms before now? my boyfriend and i have used a condom every time we have sex. I do have indigestion, but only with certain foods like normal, no mood swings, no frequent urination, i do feel bloated or like ive gained weight, not fatigued at all, just feel really out of shape, which i know that i am, i have been under an enormous amount of stress lately with full time school, my committments to the firehouse, moving back home with my parents, financial instability, and mainfaining a healthy relationship with my boyfriend. Hello, I was wondering if I'm prego or not. I have not experienced these symptoms, except for the cramps. I am going on two days late. I keep getting cramps on my left side and fairly on my back. As odd as this sounds, I have been craving pickles. I've never craved pickles before. Could that be a sign ? I also searched what other women had to say about their symptoms. I have some common to them. Should I take a hpt? Or is it too early ?

I didn't find out I was pregnant till I was 5 months. I had my monthly the whole time. The only way I find out was my doctor order blood test.
Buy a pregnancy test and stop having sex if you aren't ready! There is too many of us who really want children and can't have them for you to all be complaining and "freaking out". Also, learn how to spell!
